FORM ON APPROVAL ON ORGANIZATION FOR FOREIGN TOURISTS TO IMPORT VEHICLES INTO VIETNAM

From May 1, 2024, Decree No. 30/2024/ND-CP on management of foreign-registered road motor vehicles temporarily imported into Vietnam for tourism by foreigners is in effect.

From May 1, 2024, Decree No. 30/2024/ND-CP on management of foreign-registered road motor vehicles temporarily imported into Vietnam for tourism by foreigners is in effect.

Specifically, forms related to approval for organizing foreign tourists to bring vehicles into Vietnam include:

- Form No. 01: Request for approval to organize foreign tourists bringing foreign motor vehicles to participate in traffic in Vietnam.

- Form No. 02: List of foreign people and motor vehicles.

- Form No. 03: Written approval for foreign tourists to bring foreign motor vehicles to participate in traffic in Vietnam.

- Form No. 04: Official letter sent to the Ministry of Public Security to report reasons for delayed vehicle exit (force majeure) compared to the time specified in the written approval of the Ministry of Public Security.

- Form No. 05: Written approval for international travel businesses to delay vehicle exit compared to the time specified in the written approval of the Ministry of Public Security.

- Form No. 06: Report to the Ministry of Public Security on the process of organizing foreign tourists bringing foreign motor vehicles into Vietnam for tourism.

- Form No. 07: Written response not approving international travel businesses' delayed vehicle exit compared to the time specified in the written approval of the Ministry of Public Security.
